Corporate Bookings:
To confirm a Corporate Wine Tasting event Wine-Works require a deposit of 50% of the total fee, based on the estimated number of guests at the time of booking.
This deposit is required within seven days of the provisional booking being made.
If the number of guests increases or decreases the client shall inform Wine-Works of the changes and confirm final numbers no later than ten days before the event.
The outstanding balance will become due seven days before the event.
Should the number of guests attending the event increase on the day Wine-Works will invoice the client for the additional guests after the event.
Cancellation:
If the client cancels the booking 30 days or more before the event date the deposit is forfeited but can be applied to a future event booked within six months. Any balance will be refunded.
If the client cancels the booking within 30 days of the event the deposit is forfeited and an administrative fee of £100 will apply. Any balance will be refunded.
If the client cancels the booking within ten working days of the event, full payment is due less any deposit received, based on confirmed numbers, plus an administrative fee of £100.
Events and Cottage Companies:
Full payment of the invoice is due upon confirmation of the booking. Where agreed a 10% commission is payable on invoice value to the booking Events Co.
Cancellation:
If the Events or Cottage Co. cancels the booking more than 30 days of the event 25% of the event's value will be due before the event date.
If the Events Co. or Cottage Co. cancels the booking within 30 days of the event 50% of the invoice value will be applied and is due before the event date. Any balance will be refunded.
If the Events Co. or Cottage Co. cancels the booking less than 10 days of the scheduled event date the full invoice value falls due.
Private Bookings:
To confirm a Private Wine Tasting Wine-Works require a deposit of £100. The deposit is non-refundable if the event is cancelled within 10 days of the event date. If numbers attending are fewer than 10 our minimum fee of £300 is applied.
This deposit is required within seven days of a provisional booking being made. The event is confirmed upon its receipt.
Confirmation of final numbers attending is required seven days before the event. Full payment is due seven days prior to the agreed event date by bank transfer and is based on final numbers or our minimum fee.
Cancellation:
If the booking is cancelled within 10 days of the event Wine-Works will retain the deposit as a cancellation fee.
If the booking is cancelled more than 10 days of the event Wine-Works will refund the deposit less a £75 cancellation fee.
